Obituary of Harry Karl Birks

HARRY BIRKS Suddenly on Sunday April 5th, 25 days shy of his 65th birthday Harry passed away at Hamilton General Hospital. Beloved and devoted husband of Karen (Peck) and loving Pappy of Adam (Jess). He also leaves behind his 3 loving fur daughters Raine, Fay, & Little. Predeceased by parents Carl & Pearl Birks, infant sister Karen, and brother in law Wayne Peck. Survived by sister in laws Sally Peck, Lena Peck, & June Warren (Jeff). Also survived by many nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles, cousins and good friends. Harry was a member of The Port Colborne Camera Club, The Ontario Bloodhound Rescue and a past member of The Fort Erie Horticultural Society. As per Harry’s request cremation has taken place and a private family burial will be held at Greenwood Cemetery. A celebration of Harry’s life will take place at a later date when it is deemed safe for family and friends to gather. If so desired donations in Harry’s name can be made to The Fort Erie S.P.C.A. and would be greatly appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to Benner Funeral Services.
